Community groups tabling at market must: 1. Be a local community group or not-for-profit organization from Haliburton County. 2. Not sell goods or solicit donations. 3. Not be a political party/municipal candidate, or a person or group affiliated with a political party. 4. Not be a group that is actively trying to sway political opinions towards a specific political party, cause, or issue. 5. Not be a group that promotes any form of hate or discrimination. 6. Not be a religious organization or group affiliated with a religious organization. SHARING OF SPACE: Is only permitted with board approval. An application from each organization is required.

Community groups can attend the market, when space permits, to a maximum of 2 market days. There will be no charge for Community Group booth space. Please include your organization name with all payments. The HCFMA can not guarantee the availability of specific dates as requested. Please choose alternate date if applicable.

Vendors are required to provide their own power. The HCFMA is NOT responsible for providing electricity. If you require power, you will need to provide your own invertor-generator. Please tell us about your power requirements.

MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS: By participating at the Farmers Market, I agree to allow HCFMA to take or capture photos and/or videos for the purpose of marketing and promotion of the Market.

RULES AND REGULATIONS: I have read and understood the HCFMA Vendor Handbook of Rules and Regulations (www.hcfma.ca/for-vendorss). I also understand that failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations may result in my expulsion from the Market.
